Education Catering provides catering for children at nursery all the way up to sixth form students. We take pride in devising menus that children and young people enjoy, and which are cooked from scratch in our kitchens. Sustainability is at the heart of our business, and we work with suppliers who have a sustainability ethos similar to our own. This allergen matrix relates to the ingredients available on our current standard primary menu and provides information for the 14 main allergens. Our kitchens and our standard primary school menus do not use any products in which labelling identifies any nut derived ingredients or that bear any precautionary warnings as to their potential presence. Nuts are defined in line with food allergen labelling regulations, namely: peanut, almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan, Brazil, pistachio, macadamia/Queensland nuts.
